tennis for two is the first videogame in history

William Higinbotham, an American engineer who had
participated in the Manhattan Project, presented a project that captivated all
the visitors of his laboratory: a tennis game that he had built with the help
of engineer Robert Dvorak using the screen of an oscilloscope and circuitry of
transistors
